Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy on most of our products.
Returned items must be clean, securely packaged, and in original, resaleable condition, with any tags attached and no visible signs of wear.
Returns should be registered through your customer account before sending any items back. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and retaining proof of postage.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless an item is defective or incorrect. In these cases, return postage will be reimbursed up to the value of a standard tracked service or we may arrange a collection.
Please note: Bespoke items such as personalised couture clothing or collars adjusted using our Custom Fitting Service are non-returnable unless faulty.
Exchanges
You can exchange any item for a different size/colour/style within the 30-day returns/exchange period. Simply return the item to us securely packaged, and in an unused, resaleable condition with any tags attached, and include your instructions.
Small items can usually be exchanged for free, but we may need to charge postage for bulky or heavy items that require a courier.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ENGLAND AND WALES).
