100% organic and vegan, and handmade in the UK using the finest therapeutic grade essential oils and natural soy wax.
Eco-friendly – wax melts are made using soy wax, a natural and renewable resource. They are free from paraffin and dyes so they burn cleaner than most wax melts.
Pet friendly – most wax melts and candles contain synthetic fragrances and paraffin, which release carcinogens when burned, and can trigger respiratory issues in our pets. These wax melts have been made with essential oils that help to eliminate pet odours and are safe to use around cats (May Chang).
Handmade in the UK, each 2.8cm x 2.5cm wax melt is hand-poured and individually wrapped for safe shipping.

We ship UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked services (no signature required). Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Pre-order items
If your order contains a pre-order item, we’ll dispatch your order once all items are in stock so everything arrives together. If you’d like in-stock items sent sooner, please contact us and we can arrange a separate shipment (additional postage applies).
International Delivery
We offer tracked international delivery. Prices are shown at checkout based on destination and order size.

Dispatch Times
Estimated delivery times do not include processing. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day (pre-orders and bespoke items excluded).
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned clean, securely packaged, and in original condition, with any tags attached and free from visible signs of wear. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless an item is defective or we’ve made a mistake. In those cases, we’ll reimburse return postage up to the value of a standard tracked return.
