RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges on all of our products up to 30 days after delivery. Products returned to us must be securely packaged, and in an unused condition with any tags attached. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use recorded delivery.
If requested, a full refund will be issued within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. Costs for returning items are the customer's responsibility, unless a product is defective or we've made a mistake, in which case return postage costs will be reimbursed up to the value of 2nd Class Recorded Mail.
Bespoke items such as personalised cat clothes, or cat collars that have been adjusted using our Custom Fitting Service, are non returnable unless they are defective.
