Pre-order items
If your order contains a pre-order item, we’ll dispatch your order once all items are in stock so everything arrives together. If you’d like in-stock items sent sooner, please contact us and we can arrange a separate shipment (additional postage applies).

Dispatch Times
Estimated delivery times do not include processing. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day (pre-orders and bespoke items excluded).
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned clean, securely packaged, and in original condition, with any tags attached and free from visible signs of wear. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless an item is defective or we’ve made a mistake. In those cases, we’ll reimburse return postage up to the value of a standard tracked return. Bespoke items (including personalised cat clothing or collars adjusted using our Custom Fitting.
