Pre-order items
If your order contains a pre-order item, we’ll dispatch your order once all items are in stock so everything arrives together. If you’d like in-stock items sent sooner, please contact us and we can arrange a separate shipment (additional postage applies).
International Delivery
We offer tracked international delivery. Prices are shown at checkout based on destination and order size.

Dispatch Times

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, securely packaged, and returned with any tags attached.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless an item is defective or we’ve made a mistake, in which case we’ll reimburse return postage up to the value of a standard tracked return.
Bespoke items (such as personalised cat clothes, or cat collars adjusted using our Custom Fitting Service) are non-returnable unless defective.
